St Andrew’s is located in a beautiful part of Suffolk and visitors are always welcome to services, to spend some time in quiet reflection and prayer, or simply to visit family graves, admire the beautiful view over Buxhall Vale or explore the rich history of our church.

Opening hours: (We regret that the church is currently not open to visitors due to the Covid-19 pandemic.) The church is usually open from 10.00am until 4.00pm**, and sometimes longer, daily and visitors are always welcome. However- in case there is a funeral or other private service – if you are travelling a long distance we would suggest that you check in advance that the church will be open to visitors.
Parking: There is limited parking in Church Road, and a village car park nearby.
Public transport: the nearest mainline railway station is Stowmarket, approximately 3 miles distant. There is a taxi rank at the station.
Accessibility: the church is accessible to wheelchair users and those with pushchairs. Fully accessible toilet and baby changing facilities are available during services and other events. There is also an induction loop.
For refreshments, the Chestnut Horse public house is within easy walking distance of the church, and the Shepherd and Dog is located just over a mile away, off the B1115 in the direction of Stowmarket.
